TETSU vs Bakudanya

Can you stop doing your habit?

Many Japanese like ramen. It is like our habit.

Which do you like richly flavored or spicy flavored soup? If you don’t decide your answer, you try these two shops. “TETSU” and “Bakudanya” are tsukemen shops. They are popular among tsukemen fans.

TETSU has richly soups. It made from a chicken stock and seafood. The special soup goes with thick noodle. I really like the pork soup with a seasoned egg and a fleshy meat. We can put “yakiishi” in soups. Yakiishi is a hot stone. When we use it, a soup has always kept hot. I was surprised this idea. You can enjoy hot soups. After we ate tsukemen, we take in the soup with another special dashi soup.

Bakudanya’s tsukemen is a Hiroshima’s dining. Bakudanya has spicy flavored and little sweet soups. It is a Japanese style soup. It has cabbage and cucumbers green onion, so it is healthy. You can choose level of spiciness.

You can choose hot noodle or cold noodle, and add seasoned egg, meat, green onion and so on.

・bakudanya ramen            650yen

Bakudanya menu also add topping. Almost menu is hotter than TETSU menu.

Between TETSU and Kagetsu has tsukemen collaboration. They are both popular ramen shop, so absolutely taste good! I want to try it :)

Bakudanya has charity campaign. They sell strap, and then, they donate vaccine. J-cafe also does this charity. It is very good idea!

TETSU and Bakudanya have each good point. I like TETSU tsukemen flavor, but Bakudanya is Hiroshima tsukemen shop and they has charity campaign. Therefore, I recommend both tsukemen shops. I hope you enjoy!
